It's 40 days 

Feeling proud to discharge a 27 week 900 grams birth weight baby after 6 weeks long and challenging fights for life.. with appropriate growth, intact brain growth, no ROP or no other complications of extreme prematurity...

One more milestone achieve in Critical case :

Chronic lung disease(CLD).
No specific treatment available.
Unfortunately HOPE NICU team have to face it
Continuously six month of such nightmares we dont lost rays of Hope.
So many down course but we fought for it and we made it.
Happy to discharge Extreme preterm, ELBW(700grams) newborn after 6 month of treatment.
For that we are thanks to our mentors for teaching us passion.
Thanks to their parents for every TRUST on us which become our HOPE and Finally MIRACLE happened.
Its happy ending journey of 180 DAYS from 700 grams to 4100 grams and of course Not just survival Its INTACT survival.

Child had history of #ELECTRIC #SHOCK from 11,000 HIGH VOLTAGE LINE while flying kite ( line was passing nearer to terrace ).....

Child had #CARDIORESPIRATORY #ARREST after electric shock .....

After 25-30 min CPR and intubation, child got revived ..... And after 4 days of constant hardwork of #DivineHospitalTeam .....

Child got extubated after #Stormy Course in PICU ( Reftactory raised ICP, Status epilepticus , Arrhythmias, poor cardiac contractility with shock, multiple Inotropes support ) .....

Now, #DoingBetter with improved sensorium and improved heart contactility .....

Still long way to go ..... Prayers for the child for speedy recovery .....

A 4 years old child presented with HUGE #BRAINTUMOR .....

Child had - REFRACTORY RAISED ICP,

- POOR GCS - 5/15,

- STATUS EPILEPTICUS .....

Immediate Intervention done to release raised ICP - #EVD ( Extraventricular Drain ) within few hours of admission followed by #TumorRemoval after 3 days .....

It was again CHALLENGING for #PostOpCare as tumor was nearer to pituitary gland - required Steroids, thyroxin supplementation and Desmopressin .....

Ultimately #TEAMWORK - ( INTENSIVIST TEAM, Ped. NEUROSURGON, Ped. ENDOCRINOLOGIST , Ped. NEUROLOGIST ) won .....

Discharged child #WITHOUT ANY NEUROLOGICAL DEFICITS ......

Co ordinated aggressive team work #UnderOneRoof was the #KeyFactor gave intact survival .....
