Thanks to their parents for every TRUST on us which become our HOPE and Finally MIRACLE happened.
Its happy ending journey of 180 DAYS from 700 grams to 4100 grams and of course Not just survival Its INTACT survival.

Child had - REFRACTORY RAISED ICP, - POOR GCS - 5/15,
- STATUS EPILEPTICUS .....
Immediate Intervention done to release raised ICP - #EVD ( Extraventricular Drain ) within few hours of admission followed by #TumorRemoval after 3 days .....It was again CHALLENGING for #PostOpCare as tumor was nearer to pituitary gland - required Steroids, thyroxin supplementation and Desmopressin .....
Ultimately #TEAMWORK - ( INTENSIVIST TEAM, Ped. NEUROSURGON, Ped. ENDOCRINOLOGIST , Ped. NEUROLOGIST ) won .....
